MWS has a regional service centre located in Chester-le-Street, County Durham on the Drum Industrial Estate and provides fast response times to businesses in the Durham region.

Our experienced scale engineers cover the whole of the wider Northern region for scale servicing and repairs. We offer a fast response with reasonable rates for all companies located in the North East area.

MWS performs accurate calibrations to ISO 9001:2015 and UKAS ISO 17025:2017 Standards.

  Steven comes to MWS with over 15 years of experience in the weighing industry. Steven works from our North East service centre in County Durham.

  John joined MWS in September 2020. He operates from our North East Service Centre alongside Steven Bowles and James Nattrass. John is an experienced engineer with high competence in UKAS calibrations.

  Gerald emigrated from Jamaica to the UK and joined the company mid 2022 under a sponsorship VISA, he has 6 years experience in industrial weighing.
