The ATEX EZ Lift drive in scale offers a low profile platform scale with rugged lift up mechanism to enable routine cleaning in a safe procedure. Lifting can be carried out by one operative with the assisted gas lift assembly.
Designed to improve Health and Safety the new system does not require physical exertion or additional equipment. Upon lowering the platform, the scale is ready to carry out measurement. There is no need for recalibration after the lift and lowering procedure.
Robust gas absorbers made of stainless steel ensure failure-free operation of the system during its entire life cycle.
The device is intended for areas with high hygiene standards, characterised by the necessity of frequent cleaning using high pressure water and harsh cleaning solvents. EZL is intended mainly for food, pharmaceutical and chemical industry.
The ATEX EZ Lift scale is rated to Zone 1/21 and Zone 2/22. The units are supplied with Flintec ATEX / IECEx rated load cells, a stainless steel Intrinsically safe Junction box and Intrinsically safe cable. This model can be supplied with a range of our ATEX weight indicators or load cell amplifiers via Zener Barriers
