With a maximum capacity of 3200 g, accuracy from ± 0.5 g and a production rate of 300 ppm, the 08T3 is a high-level dynamic weighing system that ensures high performance and reliability for any weight checking requirements on a great variety of packages: trays, bags, cans, bottles, boxes of different shapes and sizes.

Made entirely of stainless steel, it has an IP65 degree of protection and high configurability, thanks to the numerous options available. MID / Legal for Trade certifiable.

Dual System
Weight is measured through a double load cell system. The two cells are positioned to the sides of the weighing plate: this allows the machine to be cleaned more quickly and efficiently than with other configurations, cutting maintenance costs and line standstill times. Furthermore, the Dual System ensures extremely high accuracy and repeatability, even at high speeds.

Advanced, intuitive electronics
Digital electronics with a touchscreen display, complete with self-calibration device, mobile average function and 200 storable programs. There are also 2 RS232 C serial ports available and an Ethernet interface to communicate with the outside. Multi-level password protected access reduces human error to a minimum.

Stable, safe and easily serviced mechanics
The checkweigher consists of three conveyors (feeder, weighing and outfeed), supported by a structure in stainless steel tubing that gives the machine stability, eliminating possible vibrations and disturbances originating from the workplace. The load-bearing tube structure speeds up cleaning operations.
