MWS Weighing Solutions announces new range of British-made Salus Bench Scales for the food industry
Leicester, 9th July 2020 – MWS Weighing Solutions, the UK manufacturer of industrial weighing equipment, has released a new range of competitively priced single point stainless steel bench scales designed for the food manufacturing industry.
The new Salus Bench Scale range has been designed and manufactured by MWS in the UK and is available in four sizes from 250mm square through to 500mm square. The Salus scales have welded columns at the rear which allows for the Micro 600 traffic light check weighing indicator to be fitted. The Micro 600 Weight Indicator has a mains or battery power supply, with the battery life providing upwards of 50 hours making it ideal for operators running shifts. The new range has already been deployed by one of the largest potato crisp manufacturers in the UK, with plans to roll out more scales across their other sites.
