MWS Partners with CaliPro Software for Client Document Management

MWS Ltd has chosen CaliPro Software Ltd as its partner to provide a significant improvement in onsite calibration certificate creation and detailed client document management.

The CaliPro Calibration Management System provides a solution to record the calibration of equipment and production of certificates, which are made available to clients through an online portal. The system consists of two parts, a Central System accessible via the internet and a Mobile System that uses a distributed database, enabling engineers to operate remotely without the need for an internet connection, allowing certification to be completed as the calibration work is carried out.

Significant unseen time savings are achieved and clients now have their ISO 9001 documentation on the day and UKAS certificates within 24 hours. Previously engineers would spend a day a week updating certification and distributing to clients.

The system also allows for external certification created by third parties to be stored against assets providing reminders to clients when these assets are due for recalibration.

After an initial enquiry two years ago, MWS has since worked closely with CaliPro over the last 6 months to develop a solution that benefits clients and engineers.
