  Fabrication Design Engineer

  Ross joined the business in January 2017 as a fully qualified fabricator welder. He works within the manufacturing team, and his experience and conscientious nature ensure a continued high quality of products.

  Fabrication Engineer Supervisor

  Jerome joined MWS as an apprentice in 2018, and today is the Fabrication Engineer Supervisor.

  Production Engineer

  Dylan joined MWS as an apprentice in 2016 and is now fully qualified and a valuable member of the team with a vast knowledge of MWS products.
